Your Jr. Chef can make Wintertime Andouille Sausage and Cornbread Stuffing
Tart-sweet combo of apples, cranberries and spice-laden Andouille sausage. GF! After sautéing onion, celery and apples, add (any, optional) crumbled sausage and cook until browned. Add apple cider, fresh/frozen cranberries and fresh spices (rosemary and sage). In a large bowl, combine cooked mixture, dried-out corn bread (or any stale bread cubes), egg (for binder), s&p and chicken stock to  moisten. Pour into 9×13″ baking dish, and bake 35-45 min. Your Jr. Chef can make Spinach Sheet Pan Quiche
Many customization options… baked in a ¼-sheet pan as written, in a ½-sheet pan doubled… with crust (AP flour, salt, unsalted butter, cold water made in food processor), without crust… crust rolled out and laid in, crust pressed in with fingers… crust par-baked or not. Not too eggy/spinach-heavy filling contains room-temp cream cheese, eggs, squeezed-out frozen spinach, cheeses, sliced green onion, s&p baked at 425˚ 25 min. Keeps 4-5 days in fridge. Comments suggest add grated ½ onion to batter, shredded or mashed potatoes or overlapped buttered tortillas or store-bought crust painted with dijon mustard as crust, add in diced peppers and/or cubed ham, tuna. Parental supervision.
