Falls are the leading cause of injuries and fatalities in the elderly population. Falls may also cause a threat to independence. Balance 101 is a 45 min small group exercise program designed to increase strength, flexibility, improve balance, and help improve overall quality of life. USC Reading Study looking for participants Ages 7-12
The purpose of this study is to gain insight in to how education and other behavioral interventions can alter the development of reading in children with dyslexia with the ultimate goal of promoting the development of fluent reading. The results of this project may lead to increased understanding of reading in children with dyslexia, which may be useful in improving diagnosis and treatment of dyslexia. Currently recruiting normal reading level participants. Financial compensation is available.
