A high protein/fiber/omega 3 whole food that can be made ahead and enjoyed warm or cold, as is or topped with milk, Greek yogurt or maple syrup. Place fresh or frozen blueberries and chopped apple in a prepared baking dish. Scatter dry mixture of chopped walnuts, rolled oats, baking powder (aluminum-free), cinnamon and salt on top. Pour wet mixture of milk, yogurt, egg, maple syrup, coconut oil/butter and vanilla over the dry ingredients, pressing to submerge. Bake 40-45 min. Stick-to-your-ribs good! Parental supervision.
