NFL Youth Co-Ed Flag Football League, for ages 5-14, is Coming to the SFV
I know a ton of people who play in this league in other cities and have heard the most INCREDIBLE things about it! Player evaluations on Aug. 13th at 11am. Season starts Sept. 11th-Ends Oct, 30th. Games at El Camino Real Charter High School(practices 1x a week). NFL SFV Flag Football, by Cary Harris, is a program of NFL Play 60. The league provides co-ed opportunities for children from grades 1-8 to learn and enjoy football. Players will benefit by being physically active through non-contact, continuous activity while learning the fundamentals of football, lessons in teamwork and sportsmanship. NFL SFV represents leadership, commitment, and competition in a fun atmosphere.

A mommy and me music class that allows mommies to burn calories and build muscle
Thursday July 21st at Bini Birth at 9:30am
That’s right music for the kiddos and muscles for the moms. Use your child as a weight and get some fit buns while engaging with your child and stimulating their senses with music and accessories. Most of the class incorporates kids songs like ” Wheels on the Bus” and “Pop Goes the Weasel” while including a few songs for the parents to enjoy and really burn some extra calories. For this class, bring a baby carrier and a bottle of water.
