Teen Fitness Training at CycleTRaX is a total body workout incorporating the TRX Suspension system and cross-training equipment (battle ropes, kettle bells, resistance bands, stability balls). Spicy Vegan Black Bean Burgers
A flavorful non-meat alt for carnivores? Maybe. After mincing garlic and jalapeño, add 2 cans black beans, cumin and salt, and pulse. Transfer to a large bowl, and stir in panko, tomato sauce, ground flax/water (acts as glue) and fresh or frozen corn. Shape into patties, and fry in oil  4 min/side to a golden crusty brown.
