Your Jr. Chef can make Honey Cinnamon Quinoa Granola
GF.  Mix, and bake 20 min on rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment: rinsed/dried quinoa, chopped nuts (choose 2 – roughly chopped raw almonds, pecans, walnuts, cashews), honey, oil, ground cinnamon, salt. When golden brown, stir in dried cherries (or dried cranberries, dried blueberries or dried apricots), and cool. Snack out of hand or with milk (any) and fresh berries.
