Crunchy surface noodles with plumped/pickled raisin flavor-bombs and fresh sautéed apples will keep the family coming back for more. While cooking NoYolks Broad Noodles (alt noodles okay) and plumping the raisins, sauté 3 peeled/sliced deseeded apples in butter and cinnamon. To a mixture of eggs, oil, sugar (alt sweeteners okay), vanilla extract and salt, stir in drained noodles, sautéed apples and pickled raisins. Pour kugel mixture in a coated baking dish. Sprinkle 1T sugar on top for crunch. Bake 1 hr. Vegetarian.
