A recipe for comforting chicken noodle soup with a bold condiment stir-in, a bright spicy sauced flecked with parsley that makes the soup taste exotic. After cooking chicken pieces, carrots, onions, parsnips, celery, garlic and parsley for 2 hrs, remove chicken and vegetables, and reduce by ⅓. Add s&p to taste. Cook noodles. Ladle soup, chicken meat, some carrot/onion into bowls, then noodles. Stir in 1-2 T Patagonian (South Chile) Pebre Sauce, a mixture of finely chopped tomatoes/onion/parsley, olive oil, vinegar, smoked paprika, cayenne and salt (will keep a week in the fridge).
