CyberSmart Parent Night
Tuesday, Mar. 1st from 6:30-7:30pm at the Las Virgenes Unified School District in Calabasas
This Parent Information Night, geared toward parents of younger students, will discuss online safety, cyber-citizenship, netiquette, online privacy, social networking, piracy, copyright laws, and cyber-bullying. They are also offering parents information about how to protect their students when online at home. The speakers will include an LVUSD Media Specialist and a member of the Lost Hills Sheriff’s Department Juvenile Intervention Team (J-Team), a group of officers specifically assigned and trained to deal with matters and concerns related to children and teenagers. This presentation is for parents only. No students, please.

Your Jr. Chef can make Baked Eggs with Mushrooms and Parmesan
Title says it all. After sautéing sliced crimini mushrooms and seasoning with s&p, transfer to either individual oven-proof, nonstick-sprayed baking dishes or a large casserole dish. Break eggs over mushrooms, sprinkle with s&p and Parmesan, bake for about 10 min, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, and serve with toast. Parental supervision.
