Your Jr. Chef can make Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Place dry-rub-patted-on pork shoulder (butt) in your slow cooker on a bed of sliced onions/garlic and chicken stock (canned okay). Cover and cook for hours and hours. When tender, remove pork, and separate solids and cooking liquid/juices. Put cooked onion mixture back into the cooker with your tender fork-shredded pork, and either add back some of the juice to moisten or bbq sauce of your choice.
