1-Skillet Chicken with lemon Garlic Cream Sauce
After pounding and browning chicken breasts, reduce broth/lemon juice/diced shallots or red onion/garlic/red pepper flakes/fond, and whisk in butter and cream. Return chicken to pan, and spoon thickened sauce over. Cook 5-8 min. more in preheated 375˚ oven. Serve topped with chopped parsley/basil/lemon slices. Pretty easy and tasty.
