Honey and Sesame Comfort Bread An Indian “bread” of high-protein dough that can be served hot for breakfast or an after-school snack. Mix chickpea flour (aka gram flour or besan) with ww flour, add water to form a pliable dough, rest for 30 min, then with a rolling pin make four ¼” rounds. Cook on a lightly greased, non-stick griddle or heavy pan 2-3 min each side. Brush with honey, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and serve. Vegetarian.
