Basic Fitness provides private and semi private training lessons, as well as Iyengar yoga classes
“Wellness through integration of body, mind, heart, and spirit.”
Q: How do we differentiate from other professionals?
Unlike the health and fitness industry, which is isolated around the concept of body.
Wellness aspires to achieve balance or well roundness. Rather than becoming an expert in any one skill set, wellness strives to become “The jack of all trades.” Preventing injury due to imbalance and overuse.

“3 Tips to Refresh your Spring Skincare Routine”

Spring has sprung! Here are 3 tips to spruce up your skincare routine:

Tip # 1 : Swap Rich Body Creams to Lighter – put away those rich, heavy creams & use a lighter lotion. Look for a lotion that is packed with natural emollient oils like Skinfix Daily lotion.

Tip # 2: Ditch Lotions with Fragrances – Fragrances can irritate skin, look for lotions & shower gels that are scent free. Scents can attract pesky bugs in the warmer months.

Tip # 3: Hands! – Moisturize your hands daily, especially if you are a frequent hand washer. Antibacterial soaps and gels are extra drying, no matter what time of year. Skinfix Hand Repair Cream is great to slather on at night and then enjoy soft, smooth hands in the morning.
