“An abomination of Thai food,” if you’re a Thai food purist, and delicious nonetheless. No fish sauce in sight, instead a sauce of garlic, lime/lemon juice, sweetener, peanut butter, ketchup, soy sauce, oil, vinegar, onion powder and ground ginger. Combine sauce (which can be made 24 hrs ahead), cooked pasta, cooked green beans, chopped scallions, mung bean sprouts, and chicken (if using; if omitted, recipe is vegan). Garnish with chopped peanuts, sesame seeds and lime wedge.
