You also might consider putting long-lasting and efficient fluorescent bulbs in dark hallways and stairways and leaving them on most of the evening. The energy cost will be minimal and the light will help prevent falls and accidents in these accident prone areas. Tune your car before winter starts. Do a winter automobile check up. TRAVEL: November is a great time to go to Florida when it is often a good bargain and less crowded.
