Your Jr. Chef can make simple French toast, the right way Whisk eggs, milk, OJ, vanilla extract, salt in large bowl. Important “right” step: strain to remove unbeaten egg white. Whisk in freshly grated orange zest, coat bread (challah or brioche recommended) with mixture, and cook in hot buttered pan 2 minutes per side. Repeat.
