Ever thought about tri-ing a triathlon? Join Moms In Motion’s team of beginner triathletes for bike, swim and run workouts all summer! Even if you only swim, bike or run & couldn’t imagine doing all 3 sports, come train for one of the relay teams at the Hansen Dam Triathlon! FIT MOM LA is a total fitness program that includes power walking/jogging, body toning, strength & flexibility exercises using the environment. Moms In Motion is a fitness team for women of all ages/abilities. New seasons begin on Sat., June 8th at 10am at Fleet Feet Sports in Encino & Sun., June 9th at 7:30am at the Trails Café in Griffith Park. A minimum of an Open Water certification from a nationally recognized scuba certifying agency & a picture I.D. are required & must be brought with you on all days.
