I had read and heard about clean eating, but without educating myself, thought it sounds boring and full of deprivation. But I was wrong. After 8 weeks, I have lost 20 lbs., but it’s really more than just a number on the scale. It is about feeling good, having energy and most important being healthy. If someone would have told me my cravings for sugar would disappear, I seriously would have never believed them. But it has and its true. Looking forward to summer!
