On Feb. 27th I went to see Shellee Dyne after watching so many people that I know make successful diet lifestyle changes I truly thought I knew what it took to be healthy and feel good. But I was wrong. All these years, I wasn’t feeding my body what it really needed. I had read and heard about clean eating, but without educating myself, thought it sounds boring and full of deprivation. But I was wrong. After one month, I have lost 14 lbs., but it’s really more than just a number on the scale. It is about feeling good, having energy and most important being healthy. If someone would have told me my cravings for sugar would disappear, I seriously would have never believed them. But it has and its true. Looking forward to summer!
