Your Jr. Chef can make Giant Baked Stuffed Shells


Ovo-vegetarian. For sauce, combine garlic/hand-crushed tomatoes/spices and cook 20 min until thickened. Cook shells until al dente, drain and separate onto sheet trays. After mixing filling (cheeses, peas, parsley, egg), stuff shells, place in 15×10″ baking dish, cover with sauce/grated cheese and bake. Serves 6-8. Accompany with a green salad or cooked green veges.
