Ted Budner gave me a fair price, showed up and finished exactly when he said he would, and did all of the work he promised (which everyone should, but doesn’t happen most of the time in my experience). During this past storm, my roof started leaking because of a stove vent that I recently had placed. Even though it wasn’t Mr. Budner’s fault, he came out immediately, fixed the other guy’s mistake, and cleaned the leaves off of my entire roof, 7 years later! All for his very low service charge of $45. BTW, the stove guy still hasn’t responded to my calls. Mr. Budner will only do new roofs, no repairs except on roofs that he has installed.
