“Vaccines: A Personal Journey” – Learning Lecture at Outside the Box Wednesday, January 26th at 7:00 p.m. This very special learning lecture is for any and all parents who are deciding what to do about vaccines for their infant child. Today, the two sides are very passionately driven, and there is an unspeakable magnitude of information to support and denounce both positions (to vaccinate or not to vaccinate). This lecture will introduce three speakers. Three educated mothers who diligently researched the vaccine topic and all three decided to do something different. Their “journey” will be discussed and how they came to the conclusions they did to decide what was right for their baby and their family. Dr. Kenneth Saul, Pediatrician at North Oaks Pediatrics will also be present to answer any questions parents may have. Dr. Saul is in support of parents as a whole and helps understand the benefits and risks associated with vaccines, waiting, and waiving and explains the idea of an alternative schedule. This is an objective learning lecture for parents to come and define their own “journey” when it comes to vaccines.
