Emergency Horse Rescue Confiscated by LA Animal Services from his abusive owners during a sting operation in connection with LAPD and Park Rangers, this horse is a walking skeleton with atrophied muscles, and his legs are sore and lame. Tragically he was found exhausted and dripping with sweat after being ridden way too hard on a hot summer day in his skeletal condition.
