No Insurance Needed. Since 1971, David H. Fox Counseling Center, in Northridge, has been providing low-fee community mental health services for people from all walks of life. They provide a variety of sliding-scale mental health services including individual, couple, family and group therapy. Openings for children (6+), adolescents, and adults are available.
