Your Jr. Chef can make Grilled Chicken Breasts with Honey-Dijon Marinade
Title says it all. In zipper-lock bag, marinate butter flied BS breasts in honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic and s&p for 2-24 hrs in fridge. Discard marinade, and grill 3-4 min/side. Rest 10 min before slicing. Squeeze fresh lime juice over and serve. Pret-ty easy. Marinade recipe can be doubled. Parental supervision.
