Mocha Peanut Butter Balls
Fit for a party! Filling and (relatively) healthy. After processing quick-cooking oats to flour, add in peanut butter, honey, instant coffee and coffee extract. Make balls. Finely chop a handful of dark chocolate chips, and roll balls in chocolate. Using a small cookie scoop, makes 12-14; for more balls, use less dough per ball. In moderation, a (relatively) healthy GF snack.

During two week-long sessions in June, campers will be welcomed to GSF’s landmark 24th Street school garden for an exciting week of cooking, gardening and science activities, outdoor games and arts and crafts. Campers will leave the garden with new cooking and gardening skills and an appreciation for nature.

These ideas come from scholarly sources to personal interviews, from the internet to periodicals to books.
6- to 9-month-old SKILL DEVELOPMENT discussion:
* Q: What do we mean by Developmental Skills?
A: (in no special order) tactile, visual, auditory, gross
and fine motor, social/emotional, creativity, life skills,
language and vocabulary, math/logic

* BEGIN to build a “learning library” of “developmental
