Your Jr. Chef can make Red Wine-Braised Beef with Apple Gremolata Long-cooking, fork-tender roast seasoned with garlic, thyme, bay and rosemary. After browning 4 lb roast on all sides in a large, heavy-bottomed pot (or Dutch oven) and setting aside, cook diced carrots/celery/onions for 5-7 minutes.
