Your Jr. Chef can make Peanut Butter Fudge (Not for the faint of calorie, but a 1″ square of candy once in a while….) For the serious Jr. Chef, read through this recipe several times and set out whatever’s necessary to move quickly from one step to another. After boiling butter/vanilla/brown sugar/cream, use a stand mixer to combine the hot mixture with powdered sugar. Quickly scrape the mixture into a prepared baking dish, pat into even layer, then sprinkle shopped roasted/salted peanuts over the top. After cooling 2 hours, cut into 64 pieces. Best eaten right away. Must use Jif or Skippy (recipe WON’T WORK with all-natural/unsweetened/no-salt peanut butter). Parental supervision.
