I truly thought I knew what it took to be healthy & feel good. But I was wrong. All these years, I wasn’t feeding my body what it really needed. I had read & heard about clean eating, but without educating myself, thought it sounds boring & full of deprivation. But I was wrong. While I have lost weight, it’s really more than just a number on the scale. It’s about feeling good, having energy and most important being healthy.
