Your Jr. Chef can make a casserole of Tex-Mex Macaroni/Cheese with Sausage/Tortilla Chips Brown fresh raw Mexican chorizo (or other raw spicy or mild sausage), crush 5 oz tortilla chips into fine crumbs and cook elbow macaroni (ww or GF okay) to al dente and drain. To softened onion, add flour/salt/mustard/cayenne/milk/cheddar + jack cheeses to make sauce.
