Local Kids Design Their Own Playground A new children’s playground will be erected on August 29th with the help of local volunteers, KaBOOM!, From Lot to Spot, the City of Lynwood and Kool-Aid. The playground, will feature a Matrix, a Wobble Wheel and a Sky Arch slide, along with a slide and two bays of swings. This exciting playground can accommodate up to 57 kids playing simultaneously. The new playground built by KaBOOM! and Kool-Aid is part of an initiative with a twofold purpose: to promote the importance of children getting out to play and to remind parents to encourage their kids to do so.
