“Bad Bill and the Marshmallows” 9 years ago Nanci Powers was placed in Cindy Simmons’ kindergarten class at Sumac Elementary as a student teacher. It was at that time, she first heard Cindy tell her “Bad Bill” stories to her class – sharing the childhood tales of her younger brother who just couldn’t seem to make the right choices.
