MUSE School – Early Childhood Summer Program


Offered Monday-Thursday from 9am-1pm


Children in the class will range in age from 2.3-5 years old with two MUSE teachers from the Early Childhood Program.


Each week, teachers will present developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities based around a different theme.

The Los Angeles Jewish Symphony – Young singers wanted for the Ford Amphitheatre!


Singers (ages 9-14) needed to join the Jewish Community Children’s Choir, for special performance with Dr. Noreen Green and the L.A. Jewish Symphony, with guest Sam Glaser, at the Ford Amphitheatre! This concert is part of Symphony’s Chai Lights series, celebrating 18 years of Jewish music. Concert is Sun., August 26th at 7:30 pm. First rehearsal is June 11th.

These Dogs Need a Home!


Pure Breed Sweet Irish Wolfhound for Adoption


Wags and Walks saved a Pure Breed, 3 year old male Irish Wolfhound from a high kill shelter. He was a family pet until he was discarded. He is a gentle giant and would make a perfect addition to the family  He is neutered and up to date on all his shots. Charlie, an 80lb yellow lab was adopted when he was about 5 years old from a family


He’s now about 9 or 10. No health problems except for the occasional stiff joints. He is the sweetest, most mellow dog, and only barks when a stranger comes to the door. He’s fantastic with kids and loves to play with balls. Unfortunately, Charlie’s mom passed away and his dad is selling his house and moving into a senior complex and doesn’t feel he can properly care for Charlie anymore.  Charlie is up to date on core vaccines and is neutered. Not sure about cats. If anyone can take Charlie, please contact his dad Jerry at 310-316-6946.  Charlie is currently in Torrance with his dad as their home has not yet sold.
