There’s nothing better than a cozy blanket on a cold day. Long before we had factories, people used simple looms to make cloth that could keep them warm. There are different methods of “looming” all over the world, from large foot powered machines to simple hand weaving techniques. Join us in today’s Culture Club as we learn more about these ancient devices while weaving our own tapestries on mini popsicle-stick looms!

They are going to have a lot of fun activities including a whiffle ball tournament, water balloon fights, games and we will also be giving out prizes and other cool items at the end of the week. Dodger legend, Ron Cey will be at camp sometime during the week to sign autographs and take pictures.
