Four classes on either Mondays or Wednesdays – $120
This four week course offers a fresh perspective along with mindfulness-based practices and strategies that help manage the stress and anxiety of raising kids. The courses are relevant for parents with kids of all ages. At the end of the four week course, you will be equipped with tools to help you slow down, feel more grounded, mindful and present.

June 25th-29th and July 2nd-6th in West Hills
Professional Dancer/Choreographer, Natalie Willes is hosting a summer intensive open to dancers of all levels, ages 8-13. This elite program will feature high level training classes led by Master teachers and Professionals in the areas of Health/Nutrition, Etiquette, Meditation, Pilates/Yoga, Ballet, Pre-Pointe, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip Hop and Musical Theater. Dancers are guaranteed to make huge strides forward in their dancing technique. The cost is $325/week. Registration is first come first serve, with limited spots available. The Natural History Museum of LA County’s Sin Censura: A Mural Remembers
Now-August 18th
L.A. features Chicana artist Barbara Carrasco’s landmark 1981 mural L.A. History: A Mexican Perspective. This is the first time the full length of the mural, which portrays the city’s history through a series of vignettes, will be shown inside a museum setting. One of these vignettes features a portrait of civil rights activist and labor leader Cesar Chavez (1929-1993), and one represents the United Farm Workers Union (UFW), which Chavez led. To honor Cesar Chavez Day, which is held March 31st to honor his birth and legacy, the Natural History Museum is offering a $2 discount for adults who mention “Cesar Chavez” Now- March 31st.

Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks 51st Annual Easter Sunrise Service
April 1st beginning at 6am
This joyful, nondenominational service provides an exceptional way to celebrate this holy day with family and friends. The service is sponsored by the Conejo Valley Interfaith Association. Glowing luminaries will light the hillside above the service in a cross symbolizing the new life of the resurrection.
