The 2017 “Food Drive-Thru” Charity Event
This coming weekend, November 11th-12th from 9am-5pm at the Commons in Calabasas
Over 500 volunteer Girl and Boy Scouts (kids ages 6-17) from the Calabasas and surrounding communities run this event. The event is a drive-thru food drive: grab your non-perishable food donations, drive to the Commons parking lot, hand your food donations to a Scout volunteer, and drive away happy! This event supports the West Valley Food Pantry.

Kids and families all over the L.A. area are invited to a day of education, games, music, food and fun. Through interactive, engaging activities, kids will learn how to show empathy for others and for self. Kids will be exposed to all types of kindness in our world and given ideas on how they can help make the world a better place.
