Sarah was born with Amniotic Band Syndrome, but it hasn’t stopped her from climbing mountains. Kombucha and refreshing snacks will be served to guests after the 45-minute indoor cycling class. Laura Crago will be instructing the class. SheLift, a 501(c)3 organization, encourages girls to improve self-acceptance and confidence through outdoor adventures and body-positive mentorship. SheLift aims to normalize differences while challenging girls’ physical/emotional abilities.
