Join Team Challenge to meet new friends, get in shape, & run or walk your first half marathon while raising much needed funds to find a cure for Crohns disease and Ulcerative Colitis in Napa to Sonoma Half Marathon (July 17th) or the Kona Half Marathon (June 26th)! 1.4 million Americans have Crohn’s disease & ulcerative colitis, two painful isolating digestive diseases. Team Challenge is a half marathon training program where they train people to run & walk half marathons in destination locations! When joining Team Challenge you will get trained by professional coaches for 16 weeks, will get resources, clinics, & helpful tips for nutrition, hydration, injury prevention & more. And will also get your own fundraising webpage & all the help you need to raise your funds, & an expenses-paid weekend away for the race! They will begin information meetings in February–where you can meet the coaches, & CCFA staff and have a chance to sign up!

Calabasas High team to host Dance Clinic
The Calabasas High School Dance Team will host the third annual Coyote Cutie Dance Clinic for grades K-5, on Sunday, January 30th from 10am-2pm at the school dance room, 22855 W. Mulholland Hwy. Check-in begins at 9:30 a.m. Dancers will learn a routine taught by the nationally ranked high school dance team and perform on Tuesday, February 1st @ halftime. Participants should bring a sack lunch. The fee is $50, which includes four hours of supervised instruction, snacks, lunch and water on the practice day, pre-game rehearsal, halftime performance and a photo opportunity with the dance team and clinic participants.
