July 9th-August 13th at Crespi High School in Encino
NFL SFV Flag Football, by Cary Harris, is an INCREDIBLE program of NFL Play 60. The league provides co-ed opportunities for children ages 5-17 to learn and enjoy one of America’s most beloved sports – football. Players will benefit by being physically active through non-contact, continuous activity while learning the fundamentals of football, lessons in teamwork and sportsmanship. My boys LOVE this league and I highly recommend!

The 3rd Annual Angel City Games, a multi-sport competition for people with physical disabilities, will feature adaptive sports clinics & competitions in Archery, Track & Field, Wheelchair Basketball, Wheelchair Tennis, and Swimming. Participants will include elite, Paralympic level (!!), as well as recreational and first-time athletes — adults, military veterans, active-duty military personnel, and children. Angel City Games was developed in conjunction with UCLA Recreation, and is sanctioned by Adaptive Sports USA and USA Track and Field. All results can qualify youth athletes for the National Junior Disability Championships in Madison, WI.
Hands On History at the Santa Monica History Museum
Saturday, June 17th from 11am-12pm
This month, Hands on History will be focusing on the local radio station, KCRW. Children will learn about the station’s history, and be given a chance to explore the exhibit, listening to audio recordings from the station. Afterward, children are invited to create and perform their own radio broadcast
