Acne gel study: Seeking 9-11 year olds for FDA approved and compensated research trial
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a topical gel in the treatment of acne. This medication has already been studied and is FDA-approved for ages 12 and up. Participants receive free medication and compensation. This study is being conducted by Dr. Lawrence Osman, board-certified Dermatologist. Compensated; Age 7-12 USC research participants for reading study
The purpose of this study is to gain insight in to how education & other behavioral interventions can alter the development of reading in children with dyslexia with the ultimate goal of promoting the development of fluent reading. The results of this project may lead to increased understanding of reading in children with dyslexia, which may be useful in improving diagnosis and treatment of dyslexia. Voices of History Summer Film Workshop – 7th-12th grade

Join the Los Angeles Museum of the Holocaust in Pan Pacific Park for this meaningful 2-week summer workshop, designed for students to learn about Holocaust education and remembrance, oral history and interviewing practices, and documentary filmmaking. Students will interview and film local Holocaust Survivors and will work with mentor filmmakers to create short documentary films on the Survivors’ life stories.
