It’s a quick-bread in muffin form with no butter, and a small amount of sugar on top for texture. Honey, maple syrup, oil, eggs, banana, milk (any), baking powder (non-aluminum best), baking soda, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, ww flour (or sub of your choice) and rolled oats are mixed with a light hand, poured into non-stick sprayed paper liners in a 12-well muffin tin, sprinkled with cinnamon, oats and sugar on top, then baked 25 min.
