$45 for Kids Classes at Art Works
 Studio (59% Off)

For just $45, you can enroll your child in four art classes (one per week for four consecutive weeks) at the lovely Art Works Studio in Culver City. If your child is age 4-6, try the Art Start class. While you sit back and relax (maybe sip a latte…), your pre-Picasso will engage in drawing, painting and mixed media under the direction of a real artist. If your child is younger (or if you like to get your hands sparkly), try Family Fun, which is mommy-and-me style. Avoid the mess at home, prepare your fridge for masterpieces, and bring your child to Art Works Studio!

Help Stop MRSA Now
With school back in session and sports leagues kicking off, equipment cleanliness and item-sharing on and off the field may get overlooked between carpools, homework and bedtime. Luckily, simple preventative steps like scrubbing hands frequently, wiping down hard surfaces with a bleach solution (1 tablespoon of disinfecting bleach diluted in 1 gallon of water), covering cuts and regularly cleaning, laundering and disinfecting sports equipment can reduce the spread of bacteria. To help get the word out, S.T.O.P. MRSA Now Coalition, Swap Me Sports, professional basketball star Grant Hill, who was affected by MRSA, and The Clorox Company are teaming up to educate families and coaches through Equip Them Well, a program to help teach families and sports teams about practical MRSA prevention steps.
