Juicebox Tip of the Week
From Carley Knobloch of Mothercraft Coaching Moms
We’re militant with evening routines to help our kids go to sleep, but we have none for ourselves! We jump on the internet, watch ER and doze off too late— is it any wonder that we’re exhausted and unfocused the next day?  Establish an evening routine to unwind and nurture yourself.  All it takes is a few minutes of stretching, tea-sipping, journaling about your day, or whatever you like to do to unwind.  Don’t check your email… too much stimulation before bed!  Do it consistently, and your body will naturally wind down.  It’s transformative and actually increases your productivity the next day. Want more tips like this?  Get The Juicebox: A revolutionary program for overwhelmed moms who want to simplify their lives but don’t know where to start!  One simple idea, delivered to your Inbox every week for free.  Sign up at http://www.juiceboxtips.com/jenslist
